Deep-drawn die stampings

Deep drawing involves drawing the sheet metal blank radially and progressively getting the part into shapes. Traditional deep drawn parts are hollow and cylindrical.

Like progressive die stamping, this requires multiple dies to manufacture the part, and hence it only makes sense to manufacture only the full production run parts with deep drawing.
